ABOUT RICHARD

Dr. Richard Levin, Senior Advisor and Coaching Practice Founder at the Center for Applied Research (CFAR), is widely recognized as one of a half-dozen global leaders who have created and shaped the coaching profession since its inception in the 1980’s. Richard is a leadership developer, trusted advisor, TV commentator, and newspaper columnist with a special knack for bringing successful people together.

As the founder and principal of the first executive coaching firm, the first network of independent executive coaches, author, and founder of Boston University’s Center on Work and Family, Richard has stretched the boundaries of creativity, inclusiveness, and collaboration to build extraordinary organizations. His clients have included Fortune 100 corporations, medical practices, family businesses, law firms, accounting firms, and NGOs (most of them in the Jewish community).

He has been interviewed by many news outlets and his white paper on Children’s Reactions to Stress was distributed globally by the UN the day after the tragic events of 9/11.

Richard lives in Boston with his family.
