In the wake of the war on the Iranian regime and the ensuing escalation across the region, our hearts are with the people of Israel. As Israel faces waves of missile and drone attacks, it is ordinary Israelis — parents and grandparents, children sheltering in safe rooms, and young men and women serving their country — who bear the greatest uncertainty and risk.
Iran continues to launch large numbers of missiles and drones toward Israel and U.S. positions across the region, triggering air raid sirens, emergency measures, and disruption to daily life.
Many within our Global Jewry network live directly in the line of fire. Please know that we stand with you — and with all the people of Israel — in unwavering solidarity and deep concern.
Moments like these remind us how deeply interconnected the Jewish world truly is. When Israel is under threat, Jewish communities everywhere feel the impact. Families around the world watch anxiously as loved ones shelter from incoming rockets, serve in the Israel Defense Forces, or work to maintain essential services under extraordinary pressure.
We hope for a swift and secure resolution to this crisis — one that protects lives, restores stability, and moves the region toward a more peaceful future.
We are mindful as well of American service members stationed throughout the region. Many are now operating under heightened risk as tensions escalate. Their safety and wellbeing matter deeply, as do the families at home who carry the burden of uncertainty while their loved ones serve far away.
And our thoughts are with the Jewish community in Iran, who face a very complex and sensitive reality.
At Global Jewry, our mission is to strengthen connection, trust, and mutual responsibility across the Jewish world. At times like this, that mission becomes even more vital. When Jews anywhere feel vulnerable, our response must be collective.
To those outside Israel, this is a moment for vigilance, unity, and care. Reach out to friends and family. Check in on members of your community. Offer support wherever it is needed.
