Lena Bakman is an AI Branding and Strategic Communications Coach with over 20 years of experience connecting people, ideas, and communities across cultures. Born in Uzbekistan, raised in Israel, and based in Germany, her three-continent life journey shapes both her worldview and her professional practice.
Her career spans government, diplomacy, parliament, interfaith dialogue, and the private sector, including senior roles at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli Parliament. She currently leads communications and project development at meet2respect, an interfaith NGO. She served five years as lay-leader of the ROI Community Germany Hub, is a member of the World Jewish Congress JD Corps, and serves on the Advisory Board of Global Jewry.
Speaking five languages, Lena builds bridges across borders, belief systems, and communities. Through her recent Vlog initiative “My Traditional Modern Kitchen”, she preserves Bukharian Jewish culinary heritage — reclaiming an overlooked thread of Jewish tradition for future generations.
