Ashley is an Israeli-American strategy, leadership, and communications advisor focused on empowering our global community of Jews and Allies.

Her background includes innovative projects across industries: Fortune 200, Start-Ups, Non-Profit, Community Development, Birthright/Taglit, Israel Education, and Experiential/Outdoor Programs. 

Converted and raised from birth by the Reform Jewish community of Los Angeles (with her roots in the Christian American South), she’s been stationed in Israel the past 15 years working with Jews and Allies across the spectrum- secular to Orthodox and everyone in between. In Israel especially, true diversity & shared passion fuel our innovative spirit.

A writer & artist at heart, she fuses creativity & corporate-level strategic planning to bring new visions to life. Clarity, community, & sustainability are at the core of her development philosophy.

Today, she’s focused on publishing her own work and supporting our community as we navigate unpredictable circumstances & fast-moving progress.
