Ruthie holds degrees from Columbia University, London School of Economics, Hunter College, and Yeshiva University. She is a partner at Arakura Consulting, an advisory board member of Global Jewry, a member of the ROI Community, a past Mandel Jerusalem Fellow, and a co-founder and board member of a new rehabilitation innovation venture studio in Israel.
