Maxyne Finkelstein’s professional career has been filled with meaningful experiences and  opportunities to meet incredible, passionate people who are dedicated to improving the world  and those who have been supported by this vision. 

Maxyne serves as the professional President of the Morris and Rosalind Goodman Family  Foundation, a large private family foundation based in Montreal. She also provides consulting  services on a limited basis through Amplify Partners.  

Maxyne has been an organizational leader in Montreal, Toronto and New York in the fields of  strategy, organizational development, fundraising and global representation. Much of her work  has focused in the area of Jewish peoplehood and advocacy for Israel. Her contributions to the  field have been recognized through the Mandelkorn Distinguished Service Award (JPRO) and the Beverlee Ashmele Professional Award of Excellence (Federation CJA, Montreal). Maxyne is  an active volunteer in her home community and through global organizations. 

Maxyne’s educational background is in political science and Jewish studies (undergraduate) and  public administration, conflict resolution and mediation (graduate).
