Marcos Metta Cohen is a lawyer, entrepreneur, community leader and philanthropist.

Marcos has an uninterrupted 40-year career of public activity as lay leader in different institutions globally and within the Mexican Jewish community.

Among his many achievements are promoting and leading multiple social, cultural, educational, sports and community institutions and initiatives in Mexico, Latin America and the Jewish world. Marcos is currently the Chairman of the Metta Saade Foundation, Vice-President of Maccabi World Union and aboard member of the Jewish Sports Center – CDI Mexico.

He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Alianza Monte Sinai Community, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Alejandro and Lily Saltiel Foundation, Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Katz Jesed Center, Honorary Vice Chair of JCC Global, amember of the Advisory Board of Lazos International and Patron of the Hispanic Jewish Foundation.
