Graduated in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires with a postgraduate degree in Organizational Development from ITBA, Erica has previously worked with JDC and was responsible for the didactic development at Leatid (2001–2003). She coordinated the Maavar initiative for employability in response to the challenges brought by COVID-19 (2020–2022).

Since 1998, she has been dedicated to designing and managing training projects in human resources and corporate social responsibility for various companies. She is currently the Coordinator of the DIRECTORES Kaplan Fellows @LEATID Program for Latin America and facilitates training workshops on employability. Erica has extensive experience across different institutions of the Argentine Jewish community, particularly in the areas of non-formal education, team management, and volunteer engagement.
