Alex, a seasoned Social and StartUp Entrepreneur, is the CEO & Co-founder of InspireXchange Digital Accelerator in the Netherlands. His journey began as the St. Petersburg Hillel program director, leading cross-NGO initiatives. Dedicated to creating projects weaving young people into the fabric of Jewish life, Alex also explores technology’s role in shaping Jewish lifestyle patterns.
His diverse educational background includes an MA in History of Business and Management, SPBSU (2011), and Social Project Management, NRU HSE (2014). He participated in various community Jewish programs, earning qualifications from JDC Lehava-Knafaim (Ohio), Paideia (Sweden), Yad Vashem (Israel), BCI at American Jewish University (California), and the Museum of the Jewish People ANU (Israel).
With over 10 years in international and local Jewish organizations in 6 countries, Alex now steers VC and startups, managing cross-functional teams. He volunteers for EU Erasmus+ Projects, Gesharim travel project, educates at Hillel RSJ, and mentors counter-hate media initiatives.
